Bedrooms are upstairs, each with a wall mounted radiant heater and electric blankets on beds.

Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed with ensuite bathroom, a Juliet balcony and stunning views of the lake and mountains.
Bedroom 2 has Queen-size bed.
Bedroom 3 has one set of single bunks and one standard single bed (3 singles in total).
There is also a single bed in the lounge.
All bedroom & bathroom linen is supplied.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave & fridge/freezer.

The family bathroom is at living room level inc shower, hand-basin & toilet and the laundry facilities (washing machine & dryer).
You have an endless supply of hot water at very good pressure.

The lounge is heated by a log burner (firewood is provided) and a night store heater.
Outdoor area, BBQ, T.V & DVD player, Free Wireless internet & off street parking for 2 cars.
