The spacious terrace with potted plants, outdoor table and chairs allow for outdoor dining and relaxation to enjoy the spectacular views of the Remarkable mountain range, Cecil Peak and Walter Peaks.

The secure basement carpark has parking for one car and a lockable ski cupboard in the carpark space. There are also full laundry facilities.
