The cottage is semi-detached from the main homestead and enjoys spectacular views of the Nevis Bluff, the Remarkables and the Crown Range. It is fully self-contained and has 2 bedrooms (1 queen-size and 2 single beds), 1 bathroom, laundry and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. There is underfloor heating throughout, and a wood burner as well as air-conditioning. Linen is provided and a continental breakfast is available on request. We are close to all that Central Otago has to offer: golf courses, ski fields, and adventure activities such as mountain biking, bungy jumping, jet boating, water skiing etc. The nearest town is Arrowtown, approximately 10 minutes away, with Queenstown and Cromwell approximately 20 minutes. The Kawarau River is accessible from the bottom of the property if you like trout fishing and there is also a walking track that follows the river.
