A restful theme flows through the bedrooms into the dining room and guest lounge, opening onto a sunny courtyard, surrounded by cottage gardens, and the sundeck with its panoramic views of the lake.

We are just 3 kms from the centre of Queenstown. Public transport passes our street regularly. Our generous breakfasts include a cooked dish, homemade bread, croissants and pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, and freshly percolated coffee.

Our self-contained apartment is ideal for families or small groups. We can provide pre-arranged complimentary pickups from Queenstown airport.

We have no pets and are non-smokers. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.
