The cheesery is a unique visitor experience for families, groups and individual travellers alike and features a café, retail shop and complimentary tastings of our wonderful cheeses.

For the more adventurous cheese lover we also offer fully stocked picnic hampers and backpacks so that you can drive, walk or cycle throughout the Gibbston Valley and beyond, following recommend Wine and Cheese Trails.
