The two units are fully self contained with their own compact kitchen. There is a cooktop and toaster oven.

The natural lime plaster walls absorb moisture giving the rooms a wonderful atmosphere. The high quality fixtures & fittings are complemented by solid Kwila bi-fold doors that screen off the bedroom from the kitchen / lounge area.

The spacious ensuite with huge shower and top quality fittings add a touch of luxury to your stay.
The TV set has Freeview built in.
Wireless Internet is available.

Both units have Super King Size beds which can be configured as 2 Kingsize single beds or a Super King Sized double bed. The family room has this option plus 2 single bunks.

Our Family unit sleeps up to 4. The "bunkroom" is hugely popular with young ones who love the ladder and rope to climp up to the bunks.
100 solar tubes heat the hot water. The high thermal efficiency is especially noticeable during cold winter days & nights when the inside temperature does not vary more than a few degrees despite it being freezing outside.

The 2 guest units are separated from the rest of the house by thick strawbale walls. They have a huge covered all weather deck deck which looks out onto a small bush area.

Tuis & other native birds are regular visitors to this bush area.
