We believe sustainable living is about being environmentally friendly. We seek to minimise our ecological footprint through environmentally friendly solutions. We use energy efficient lighting, use environmentally safe laundry powder for our linen, recycle glass, plastics, paper, and food scraps, the results of which drive our fresh herb garden.
