The West Auckland Accommodation is tastefully decorated throughout and finished to a very high standard. There are decks on 2 levels, with the upper deck wrapping around the entire house. brand new renovations include new bathrooms, carpet and paint.-and funky restored mid-century furniture

The house can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably and has a very flexible layout:

- 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom, large lounge/ dining area and 360 degree decks with spectacular views over Bethells beach, the Tasman Sea and the inland sand dunes that lead to Lake Wainamu

- Large self contained lounge or bedroom downstairs (perhaps for the kids to hang out in) with access to a large deck, also with views of the beach. Separate new bathroom, shower and laundry facilities are located in the downstairs area.
