Te Koha is Maori for 'the gift.'

When you leave the gallery take with you an example of exquisite bone, stone or wood carving.

Choose either traditional or contemporary, but also take with you the gift of knowledge.

Our staff will explain to you the meaning behind each carving, the lore and legend and the story of pounamu (jade).
