The building at 25 Frederick St has 10 hotel rooms all configured differently, with full-height doors, high ceilings, soft colours, tiled bathrooms and a Pacifica feel. The same ambience is included in the 3 apartment style rooms that are offered at 23 Frederick St. These rooms included kitchens and en suite with the largest being 50sqm which includes a living and dining area.

The concept was to provide a good standard of accommodation for the discerning traveller, priced at the right level with a cosy, ground floor breakfast cafe.
