Renée and Geoff were both raised in Canterbury and love the mountains and rivers of the South Island. We were married in Arthur's Pass in 2008 because we loved the place so much.
We returned after our honeymoon and decided that we would love to live in the village then spent the next 18 months making our dream come true.
In May 2010 we bought a railway workers' cottage that dates back to the railway tunnel construction and got started on setting up our bed and breakfast homestay.
