We are just three minutes from the start of one of the best walks in the area – Charming Creek Walkway – which can be broken up into short sections of 10 minutes to an hour – or become a five hour experience.
The 10.5 km journey follows an old private railway line through native forest. Relics from the region's past, cavernous tunnels, and several bridges help to tell the story of the railway that once hauled timber and coal out of the valley.
Incredible scenery abounds, with waterfalls, gorges, rivers, and dramatic views lining the walk.
