Upmarket and cosy it's classified as "Guest and Hosted". This is a New Zealand way of categorising accommodation as home like or characterful. The Boutique is near Fleur's Place and would be my choice of some where friendly to stay after a riotous night out – probably at Fleur's'.

Kitchen facilities include a microwave, refrigerator, full sink and bench toaster, tea and coffee making facilities so that guests can cook for themselves. Home baking is delivered on arrival.
The accommodation also includes an iron, TV, WiFi and radio.
Every care and attention is given to guests while privacy is respected.

A bird chorus greets you in the morning before breakfast is brought to your room – or you can choose to enjoy it on the verandah while watching deer graze or lambs playing in spring. Alternatively, you can enjoy a farm cooked breakfast in the adjacent homestead.
