We are conveniently located at 62 Frankton Road, 700 metres from the town centre on the main road into Queenstown. Only a one minute walk to both the Millennium Hotel and the Copthorne Lakeview, we are a popular alternative for conference attendees.

We designed and built our 18 new studio rooms especially to suit people (and their pockets) travelling alone, with a companion, or 2 or more couples travelling together who prefer their own bathroom, kitchenette and television remote control to use whenever and however they want to!

We opened them in December 2004 as Queenstown Motel Apartments, (we were trading as Alpha Lodge prior to our new build)

All our accommodation includes unlimited free WiFi, kitchenettes containing a microwave, toaster, jug, fridge, crockery and cutlery and in the 18 new rooms we also have something different... We designed our kitchen joinery to include recycling bins!

Please note:
Sadly at our last assessment it was brought to our attention that neither our property nor our rooms were suitable for children.
We agree with Qualmark and now have a "No children under 14 years policy."
