Our house, perfectly positioned above the harbour entrance, has an easy five minute walking access to a range of local restaurants, or a twenty minute stroll in to the city or to the local, popular beach. A separate downstairs, smoke free, self contained unit is available to rent with beautiful views over Nelson Haven and across Tasman Bay to Able Tasman.

There is a kichenette / dining area and simple self service breakfasts are provided for guests.

The lounge, with DVD, stereo and television has doors opening on to a patio and veranda for outdoor sitting and entertaining. A barbeque is available on request.

The one double bedroom has a super king bed or twin single beds. There is an additional Queen bed or single bed available for extra guests if required.

The unit also has laundry facilities for guest's exclusive use.
