Te Puna Wai Lodge offers bed & breakfast accommodation in an historic 3 level, Victorian House, built circa 1857 in a commanding position in Nelson's premier waterfront suburb, Britannia Heights.

We have a solid reputation for providing a high quality, somewhat unique experience.
Our 3 guest rooms include a studio-style apartment & are complemented with an inviting lounge, wonderful veranda, & terrace lawn.

We have 3 rooms – 2 on the ground floor & 1 occupying the entire third level.
Each room has a queen size bed & ensuite (private) marble-tiled, heated floor bathroom
(with hairdryer). Fridges, tea/coffee facilities, beverages, TVs & phones too.
