Annie's Loft bed & breakfast has stunning panoramic views of the surrounding hills, vineyards, farms and olive grove and overlooks our farm and historic vineyard where John McCaskey planted the first vines in Waipara in 1981.

The Studio and Homestead are set amongst spacious lawns, mature gardens and trees. Waipara River Estate produces award winning hand crafted boutique wines and raises superfine wool merinos. Altogether the ideal place to escape crowds and stay a while.
