At Niagara Falls Cafe, health and environment are equally important. Our natural and simple approach aims to provide quality meals. Because this was once a school, it's fitting we’re also a little bit 'old School' in our approach to food. Whether it's coffee and a slice, or a three course dinner your meal has been sourced from local, hand-picked ingredients. Our pantry contains flour, sugar & salt. We bake our own delicious breads, slices and desserts to our own recipes. We make sauces & dips, grow vegetables & smoke fresh Stewart Island salmon. Our eggs are free range, water comes from our own spring – we even catch our own white bait. And, just outside, is beautiful, untouched New Zealand at its best.
