The Grosvenor has a penchant for authentic and unique design. Although we have been called a boutique hotel and a hip hotel, we're not sure what that really means. We’re a little modern, and a little bohemian. Our rooms are pet-friendly (which basically means dog-friendly), so we encourage you to bring the whole family.
Our 44 rooms have many eco-friendly, sustainable, and green elements, like vintage furniture, low-VOC paints and recycled materials throughout. Our accommodation offers simple luxury for cheap — many rooms feature art by local and international artists.
To coincide with our sustainable practice, we use LED lights, paint with low VOC (volatile organic compound) and floor coverings that are made with recycleable material. The Grosvenor practices it’s recycling program extensively. We minimise the usage of plastic bottles. We have reminders placed in rooms to discourage patrons to wash their towels more than they should.
