This Edwardian home was built for Thomas Glendinning, his wife and two children around 1908. The house is of historical and architectural significance to Dunedin, and offers guests a unique experience of our city. Now under new ownership, Claremont House has been brought back to life and into the 21st century whilst maintaining its original character and homely feel. In addition to our spacious private suites, our guests have access to our beautiful common areas.
