Enjoy a beautifully maintained 9 hole Golf course set on a plateau tucked at the foot of the Kaikoura ranges overlooking the North Kaikoura coast and peninsula. Open to the public, clubs and golf carts available for hire. Green fees are $12 for 9 holes of golf or $20 for 18. Step out of your luxury Guest room onto Number 1 tee. The 9 hole 2500 metre golf course consists of 5 par 4's, 3 par 3's and 1 par 5. The generous sized greens are a real challenge with deceiving borrow. Water features on the par 5, 8th hole and the 9th hole which is a challenging par 3 finishing in front of the Lodge. Lodge guests have unlimited free use of the Golf course during their stay in our luxury Guest rooms. Green fee players are welcome.

Koura Bay Lodge has two Guest rooms. Both fully equipped with a King-size bed, TV and modern en suite including a luxurious bath. The Lodge rooms overlook the Koura Bay Golf course and the stunning views of the Kaikoura coastline. Wake up under the snow capped mountains directly behind the Lodge and indulge in a beautifully cooked breakfast all part of the Koura Bay Lodge experience. $190.00 (NZ) per night, includes double room and breakfast.
