Welcome to our 150 year old historic hostel!
Bon Accord is a very small, community-minded backpackers, central to all that Akaroa has to offer, but also offers peace, and a place to chill out and restore the soul. Just sit in the garden and watch the world go by, or go out and explore!

All rooms and dorm beds have shared facilities - kitchen, living, dining and bathrooms.
It's just like staying in a home away from home, but you get to meet a whole lot of awesome, like-minded people.
All our beds are fully made up with clean liners and towels for private rooms.
