We have fully furnished rooms available, most have their own bathrooms. Some rooms share a kitchen, some have their own. We also have a full contained Caravan, that has its own kitchen and bathroom. Also avalible is a Sleepout room, that has a double bed and TV.

House Rooms come with power, own phone line (sorry local calls only), cable TV (selected channels) Internet with own computer. Furniture includes Queen bed, TV, DVD player, dining table and chairs, Lounge Chair or 2 seater, drawers, plus sheets and towels etc. Caravan has a Double bed, TV, SKY TV (selected Channels ) seating area, own small bathroom and Kitchen. Sleepout has a Double bed Drawers -bedside table and tall boy. TV (Free view channls only), but need to go outside to get to Shared kitchen, receptions toilet and shared bathroom.
